Answer: Net cash flow for April =$260

Receipts amount for May =$945

Cumulative balance amount for March= $55

Explanation:

We know that, Net cash flow = Receipt - Expenses

⇒ Net cash flow for April =
\$1250-\$990=\$260

∴ Net cash flow for April =$260

Also for May, Receipts amount = Expenses+Net cash flow

⇒ Receipts amount for May =
\$900+\$45=\$945

∴ Receipts amount for May =$945

We know that the cumulative balance is the sum of the net cash flow.

Therefore, for March, Cumulative balance amount =Cumulative amount for April-Net cash flow for April
