What is 88+24 in the distrubutive property (a(b+c) )

I believe the answer is 8(3+11).

Since you are using the Distributive Property, you need to find the GCF of 24 and 88


24: 1,2,3,4,6,8,12,24
88: 1,2,3,4,8,,11,22,26,44,88

Looks like 8 is GCF of 24 and 88.

So now we need to find what number times 8 equals 24 and what number equal 88

8 x 2= 16❌
8 x 3= 24 ✅

8 x 10=80❌
8 x 11= 88 ✅

So the equation would be 8(3+11)
