You have a closed tank of air that holds 3.0L at a pressure of 203kP and temperature of 273K. When the tank and the air are heated to 323K what is the pressure if the volume remains constant?

1. Use P1/T1 = P2/T2
203 kPa / 273 K = P2 / 323 K
P2 = 240 kPa

2. This is done using the same equation

3. Use the relationship V1/T1 = V2/T2. Convert your temps to Kelvin, plug in and solve for V2.

4. Use the same equation as before, but solve for V1.

I hope this helps:)
