Diameter = √(y2-y1)² + (x2 - x1)²
d = √(4-(-8))² + (6-2)²
d = √12² + 4²
d = √144 + 16
d = √160
In short, Your Answer would be √160 or 12.65

The length of the diameter is (4,12)
The center is (4, -2)
