I would be much better if you shared the options to choose the correct one, as the ideas that someone might suggest could not suit your task. Anyway, I have got one basic statement which will definitely be helpful for you: If your heart rate is too high, lower the level of the next session by lowering the intensity. If your heart rate is too low, increase the intensity.
