(3/4)*x-6 = 15 // - 15

(3/4)*x-15-6 = 0

3/4*x-21 = 0 // + 21

3/4*x = 21 // : 3/4

x = 21/3/4

x = 28

subtract 6 from both sides you get 9
3/4x=9
multiply both sides by 4
3x=36
divide by 3 into both sides
x=12
