5:7 is to 150:x where x is the pounds the person weighs on Neptune. (assuming earth to neptune as 5 to 7)
Thus, this is by its definition, a proportion.
5/7 = 150/x
5x=1050
x=210
Thus that person weights 210 pounds on Neptune.
