slope = (2+1)/(1-0) = 3
y-intercept when x = 0 then y = 2 or (0,2)
4.3
y = 2x - 3
slope = 2
y-intercept x = 0, y = -3
x-intercept y = 0, x = 3/2 = 1.5
OK now you have 2 passing pairs (0,-3) (1.5 , 0) you can graph them.

2 is y=3x+1
For 3 you make a dot on y=-3 and go up 2 and right 1: draw a dot there. Do it again and then go back to y=-3 and go down 2 and left 1: draw a dot. Dot it again from that spot. Connect the dots.
