We know, Slope = rise / run
1/20 = 6 / run
run = 6 * 20 = 120
In short, Your Answer would be Option C
Hope this helps!

Slope = 1/20
Rise = 6
Rise/Run = slope
6/X = 1/20
X • 1 = 20 • 6
X = 120
The solution for the run would be C. 120.
