When giving your speech, concentrate on your delivery, notes, etc. knowing how the audience is reacting will only distract you from delivering a good speech.?

Well, yes and no.  When the group it cheering, your doing great, just keep going.  But when your getting booed, maybe it's time to change up your speech a little.
