4u-3v=4<7,-3>, -3<-9,5> = <4(7), 4(-3)> = <28,-12> -3(-9), -3(5) = <27, -15>
<28,-12>+<27,-15> =<28+27,-12-15> =<55,-27>
so then 55,-27 should be ur answer
