So here is the answer. If Gizmo can eat 2 bowls of kibbles in 3 minutes, this means that in 10 minutes, he can eat 6 and 2/3 bowls. And for Leo, he can only eat 1 bowl in 6 minutes, therefore in 10 minutes, he can only eat 1 and 2/3 bowl. Hope this answers your question.
