I agree with the other person. The answer is c, that 5 x 2/3 is going to have a larger product.

You can see this by the difference in fractions: 1/3 vs 2/3
2/3 almost completes a whole, while the 1/3 is barely there. So it is safe to assume that when multiplying you will get a higher product when multiplying 2/3 with 5. (Due to the fact that 2/3 is greater than 1/3)
