just divide both and got the decimal form as:
2/3= .666
2/4=.5
so now you can easily say which is greater !
as .6>.5
so 2/3>2/4 !!!

2/4 = 1/2
but
2/3 = 0.667 is greater than 1/2
so
2/3 is greater than 2/4
