5\9=2 minutes
1=??
1 x 2 divided by 5\9
2 divided by 5\9(change the sign and flip the fraction
2 x 9\5=18\5
answer=3.6 minutes

For 5/9 tank it takes = 2 min.
For a tank, it would be: 2 * 9 /5 = 18/5 = 3.6 minutes
In short, Your Answer would be 3.6 minutes or 6 min, 36 sec
