The answer is C. Because she used the word, "worst" - The worst compared to what? Its the  worst compared to all of the other movies she's watched. This is why its comparative. Hope this helps.

I'm pretty sure it's B. superlative because 'worst' is underlined and the definition of superlative is "of the highest quality or degree" and in this case the 'worst' is the highest degree of bad, worse, worst.
