How did the European settlers and Native Americans interact in New Mexico, Virginia, Pennsylvania , and New England?

They all worked together for a small time, but then the colonists and settlers got greedy and fought the Native Americans for their land. They pushed the Native Americans off or made them work for the settlements (mainly in New Mexico).
