The sum of the angles within a quadrilateral must equal 360 degrees. Supplementary angles (y and 116) must equal 180 degrees. Thus y is equal to 64 degrees.

Add together the interior angles of the quadrilateral -

64 +125 + 72 = 261

360 - 261 = 99
