the answer is B.

if Cindy does not know how much money she spent, you cannot multiply the amount of money by the tickets.
B:
EACH= multiplying
C:
it is not because it is telling the missing number for the variable.
D:
it doesn't make sense. it doesn't say the "p" amount ($$$) for each ticket
