Why did the Chaldeans overthrow the Assyrians

They overthrew the Assyrians because they were tired of being slaves to the Assyrian Empire and when the Assyrian Empire was at its most vulnerable, the Chaldeans attacked them, and soon enough the empire quickly crumbled.
