The answer is: B. One orientation is looking at interactions of people in specific situations, and the other orientation is looking at structures of society

Example of a micro level sociology would be the research that study how a certain individual can form an emotional connection with other individual that he know. (Specific sitautions)

Example of a macro level sociology would be the research taht study how a law that implemented by the government affect the relationship between different social groups in the country. (related to structures of society)

I am pretty sure that the explanation which sheshould include in presentation titled "Differences Between Micro-Level and Macro-Level Orientation in Sociology." is being shown in the second option : B. One orientation is looking at interactions of people in specific situations, and the other orientation is looking at structures of society. The main difference between these orientations is that micro-level focuses on individuals and its relationships with other social types whereas macro-level focuses on society in general, on its progress and so on.
