You need to divide 8.4 ^0.4 = 10.5 bags. if you round of it would be 11 bags. But the answer would be 10.5 . Hope it helps .

Tara can make 11 bags of treats, since she can divide 8.4 and 0.8 to get 10.5, so Tara will need 11 bags to fit all of them.
