32.5 because the last 2 numbers are 32 and 33 and the one in the middle is 32.5

Answer: C. 19

Explanation:

According to the given stem-and-leaf plot,

The given observation are, 26, 27, 27, 30, 32, 33, 33, 34, 40, 45

Where, in each observation, the first digit represents the stem and second digit represents the leaf.

Since, the range of data = Maximum value of observation - minimum value of observation,

= 45 - 26

= 19

Thus, Option C is correct.
