using pesticides to control weeds planting non-native flowers in their gardens damming rivers ( i believe )

There are many numerous activities of human which can disrupt the equilibrium of the ecosystem.

Some of them are:

  • Deforestation
  • Habitat destruction such as in the building of dams.
  • Use of excessive chemicals such as fertilizers, pesticides in agriculture. It may pollute soil as well as water.
  • Excessive pollution and use of fossil fuels.
  • Global warming
  • Uncontrolled hunting of wild animals
  • Introduction of invasive or non-native species. For example, water hyacinth in India.
