Well, Euglena is in phylum Euglenophyta, and Paramecium is in phylum Ciliophora. You can verify that with a quick Google search.
Does that sort of narrow it down? :)

Euglena reproduces asexually by binary fission, so option C is not true as according to that, it reproduces by sexual method.
In short, Your Answer would be Option C
