Let's solve your equation step-by-step.√x+10−9=−7

√x+1=−7

Step 1: Add -1 to both sides.

√x+1+−1=−7+−1

√x=−8

Step 2: Solve Square Root.

√x=−8

x=(−8)2(Square both sides)

x=64
