Sedition can be defined as an illegal action, sometimes charged as treason, that disturbs the apparent "peace" of an state by inciting people to resist, rebel or harm the authority in power, usually aiming to overthrow the authority established. It can come in the forms of speeches, organizations, meetings, publications, etc.
