From an evolutionary standpoint, humans goal in life is to repopulate. To do so, we are wired find certain traits attractive because they indicate that the person is a healthy and possible mate. For example, the appeal of a symmetrical face shows that the person most likely has no diseases that may result in a offspring with disabilities. That being said we have evolved from our once primal existence to a society where we no longer have to rely on physical appearances to know whether or not a person could be a possible mate, thus our attraction has developed with it. On a personal level, I find that a well-proportioned face, a decently healthy looking body are both very attractive. While I would like to say I don't put physical features above mental, I still do because I am human. Regardless I find that intelligence and most of all kindness and patience are the most attractive traits. In conclusion, I, like the majority of humanity, find basic signs of fertility to be highly attractive.
