Use place value. Each place after decimal point if x10. So 2.25 is 2 25/100
Basically just count how many numbers after the decimal, and multiply by 10.
Then put that number over the x10 number
Put the number b4 the decimal in front, and TADA! Also this is a mixed fraction....
Multiply denominator (Bottom of fraction) by the front number, and add it to numerator (top of fraction) That is a NON SIMPLIFIED INPROPER FRACTION
