4(3x+2y=4)
3(4x+7y=1)

12x+8y=16
-
12x+21y=3

-13y=13
13\-13
y = -1

since y = -1

3x+(-1*2)=4
3x-2=4

4+2=6
then 3x = 6
6/3 =2
x=2

(-1,2)
