point slope
y-y1=m(x-x1)
that is the equation of a line that passes through the point (x1,y1) and has a slope of m

we aer given
(-2,1) and m=5/2

y-1=5/2(x-(-2))
y-1=5/2(x+2)

to solve this, just go up 5 and right 2. it would be easy to make a graph. hope this helped a little.
