2b + 3t = 81

2(38 - t) + 3t = 81
76 - 2t + 3t = 81
-2t + 3t = 81 - 76
t = 5

b + t = 38
b + 5 = 38
b = 38 - 5
b = 33

so there is 5 tricycles (t) and 33 bicycles (b)
