hmm
when it hits 60, that starts a new hour
find how much farther
60-29=31

55-31=24

55=31+24

4hr+29min+31min+24min=
4hr+1hr+24min=
5hr+24min=
5:24pm

easier way:
60=1hour
55=60-5
so just move up 1 hour and minus 5
5:29, then 5:24

answer is 5:29pm
