The first one, “the first electron shell of an atom is filled when it contains eight electrons” is incorrect. The first shell can only contain 2 electrons to be considered filled or full, the rest from shells 2-7 can only contain 8 electrons to be considered filled or full. You can only get another shell when the last one is completely full.

The one that is false is number 1 the first election shell of an atom is filled when it contains eight electrons

The first election shell can only hold two and all the other ones can hold eight
