To solve:
If m= 6n+1 and m= 4n + 19 and m=m then you use substitution and can solve by setting 6n+1=4n+19

6n+1=4n+19 --add like terms(6n-4n=2n)

2n+1=19--get n by itself subtract 1 on each side

2n=18

n=9

If you plug n as 9 back into the equation,
6(9)+1=55
4(9)+19=55

Therefore m=55
