We are given with the radical expression
√(27 x⁴ / 75 y²)
we can simplify this by dealing with the fraction first
√(27 x⁴ / 75 y²) = √( 9 x⁴ / 25 y²)
Then, take the square root of the coefficients and the variables
= 3x² / 5y
