Just divide each one to get the unit cost per pound.
2.69/1.4 = $1.92 per pound
1.59/0.9 = $1.77 per pound
3.99/1.2 = $3.33 per pound
B, A, C because the unit cost per pound is $1.77, $1.92, $3.33
