I got 31. Here's my Equation.
7*4+6-12/4
28+6-3
34-3= 31
Use PEMDAS

Here, 7 . 4 + 6 - 12 ÷ 4
Do all the divisions first,
7 . 4 + 6 - 3
Now, all the multiplications,
28 + 6 - 3
Now, all subtraction,
28 + 3
In last, do addition,
31
In short, Your Answer would be 31
