Make the whole number a fraction by putting a 1 under it.
Example:
in 12 divided by 2/3 it be.
12/1 divided bye 2/3.
then when it is set up like this:
12
2
--- / --- =
1 3
you cross multiply ;)

Multiply the bottom number of the fraction by the whole number.
Simplify the fraction (if needed)
