y=7/2x +3 3= -14/2 +b
Slope: -7/2x 3= -7 +b
Point: (2,3) Add 7 to each side
y=mxtb b= 10
Find b Slope-Intercept Form: y= -7/2x + 10
Substitution: 3= -7/2(2) +b Point Slope form: y-3= -7/2 (x-2)
