1. The batter hit the ball into the stands at 90 m/s is the answer. Since, you could describe motion scientifically by speed and velocity.

Just in this option, you can see something is moving, and when something moves it must have speed & velocity (in scientific manner).
In science, if speed/velocity is not describing, then the object is not moving.
