It would be: (-6b+11-6b+11) + (3b+2)
= -6b + 11 -6b + 11 + 3b + 2
= -6b - 6b + 3b + 11 + 11 + 2
= -9b + 24
In short, Your Answer would be -9b + 24
Hope this helps!
