Slope would be opposite and reciprocal ['cause it is perpendicular]
Slope = 1/2

Now, calculation of b,
y = mx + b
1 = 1/2(2) + b
1 = 1 + b
b = 1 -1 = 0

Equation would be: y = 1/2x
