Slopes of perpendicular lines are opposite and reciprocal to each other.
Suppose an equation has slope 3/4, then it's perpendicular line would have slope -4/3, which is both reciprocal and opposite

In short, Your Answer would be Option D

Hope this helps!

Since that is a perpendicular line, the slope would be the opposite. For example, a -5 slope would be perpendicular to a 1/5 slope.
