I believe the correct answer is 45 degrees. The smallest positive angle
θ in QI for which tan θ = 1 would be 45 degrees. We obtain it as follows:
tan θ = 1
θ = tan^-1 (1)
θ = 45 degrees
Hope this answers the question. Have a nice day.
