A neuron is a specialized cell whose function is to transmit nerve impulse
A resting potential is defined as the potential when neurons are not excited and they are at rest and at this phase the neurons don't transmit or receive the nerve impulse and it is -70mv and this potential is due to presence of the
negative charges inside the membrane
There is also action potential that generate the nerve impulse
