Why is the standing quadriceps stretch a better stretching exercise than the sitting quadriceps stretch?

Doing sitting quadriceps is indeed way easier, but it does not bring as good of a result as the standing quadriceps. Standing quadriceps will stretch the muscle further there fore making it more immune to injury
