We know, Work done = force * displacement
So, in order to do a work, you need a force with displaced object.

Here, among all the options, objects are moving in 2 options, and only in last option, it does make sense, as it's product would be something finite value

In short, Your Answer would be Option D

work is equal to force × distance, so the one that contains those describe work.
lifting 1kg of mass 1m is describing an upwards force and a distance if 1m, so that's the best answer
