For 250 Calories, it takes = 1 hour
So, for 1 calorie, it is = 1/250 hour
Now, For 3 pound ( = 3500*3 = 10500 Calorie), it would be = 1/250 * 10500
= 10500 / 250 = 1050/25 = 42
In short, Your Answer would be 42 Hours
Hope this helps!
