Explanation: Taiga is largest biome present on the Earth. It is Russian word for forest. Taiga is important to birds from other biomes as it provides a pleasant climate and proper food when the climatic condition of the biome in the south is not favourable that is that increased temperature and scarcity of food and water. Summer birds cannot live in taiga year around because of its extreme cold environment. The temperature in winter varies form -54 to -1 degree celsius, which is really cold with lots of snow that is not favourable for the birds.
